I get compliments on my earrings all of the time and love all of my fine jewelry from there. The girls there make commission on sales and have to make their numbers, so expect their attention when you come in.

So far best place to get your jewelry needs, easy exchange and their sales staff is always smiles and ready to help. My necklace and few braclet broken due to regular wear, without any questions asked they exchange it and even ship me the one that was not available in store at that time..

My husband has purchased several pieces for me online and surprised me on our anniversary trip with an in-store visit! I brought in a broken bracelet (my fault) and the employee gladly replaced it at no charge, no questions asked, and even took the time to show me how to care for/adjust the clasps on the other two I was wearing! She then showed me to the ring cases where I tried on a few items, but sadly, could not afford, and I felt no judgment from them like others are saying! I then purchased a beautiful, dainty necklace I’d been eyeing online and got a free tote with the purchase!

Every time I shop at Gorjana, Alexa is the one who helps me and she’s amazing! She’s so sweet, makes you feel welcome right away, and actually listens to what you like. I love how she always finds the perfect pieces and gives great styling tips without ever being pushy. She remembers me each time I come in, which makes the experience feel super personal. Shopping with Alexa honestly makes Gorjana my favorite jewelry store. I always leave happy with what I got and excited to come back.

I had a great experience at this location and would definitely return. I came in with a broken bracelet and Susie, Berenice, and Alexa serviced me and replaced my broken bracelet. I’d absolutely recommend this location and will be back!

Came in to the store looking for a gift for a friend and was immediately greeted with the kindest and sweetest girls ever! Had such a good experience getting the perfect gift for my friend, and all of their pieces are gorgeous. I would highly recommend both this location and the brand for any jewelry purchases in your future!
